Our Culture
From the very beginning, our culture has been to go that one step further; to do more for clients than what is asked of us; to be the best that we can be. Our clients come to us because we have set ourselves these high standards. A career within this type of environment is very demanding, but rewarding.
We work hard to make sure that our staff enjoy coming to work. Every staff member works with a team manager who is always on hand for support and guidance. Ongoing training, development and increased responsibility is at the core of our culture but we do not believe in micro management - we give our staff the freedom to work in the way that allows them to develop their own ideas.
Our aim is to give staff everything they need to be effective, productive and to further develop their skills whilst enjoying a great environment to work in.
In the office
Broadbean provide breakfast to kick start everyone's day and all members of staff are given the opportunity to join one of our bean teams (Office, Entertainment and Green) to put their own stamp on the place and improve the working environment.
Sharing
We offer our advice to all who want it, whether that be speaking at events, supporting companies like Young Enterprise, or reigniting The Recruiters Network. Wherever possible we take the opportunity to share and gain knowledge, and provide the same opportunities for other businesses.
Environment
At Broadbean we shudder at the thought of careless waste and do everything we can to ensure that our Bean is green. We stop 1,381 tons of carbon dioxide (CO2) being released out to the atmosphere by turning our computers off at night; we recycle paper and plastics; and we give our old computers to charity.
Charity
As an organisation we give generously to a variety of charities via fundraising or sponsorship. Running the London Marathon, participating in Race For Life and recording a wonderful rendition of All You Need Is Love are just some of the ways we raise money and awareness.
