Commitment to Education - our responsibility to the industry
We'd be fibbing if we said that we didn't think everyone should use Broadbean but we'd prefer a company to use a competitor than not use a multi-poster at all. Why? Because we don't like waste and we want the industry to move forward. Educating recruiters to streamline their work flow is something that we've been trying to do since the early days but as the war for talent progresses; the need for recruiters to embrace this advice becomes more apparent.
We give our advice away for free, but when someone buys our products they have access to online recruitment advice every day. Our flagship product AdCourier allows recruiters to save time uploading job adverts to job boards. Aplitrak then provides the data required to calculate the Return on Investment (ROI) for their online spend. Clients can discuss these results with our team of online recruitment experts who can help them gauge how successful a campaign has been. In doing so our clients save money by streamlining advertising spend on performing job boards.
Over the past 12 months Dan McGuire has spoken at the European summits of PeopleClick and Brassring. He also addressed over 70 people at an internal recruitment seminar at Ernst & Young as well as at the CIPD Software Show in Earls Court earlier this year.
Further to this Dan has done a lot of work with Young Entrepreneurs as have other members of our staff.
