As the only award winning company of our type; over 800 customers; a network in excess of 700 job boards and an elite squad of loyal, happy and dedicated employees, we have an enviable reputation. We have achieved in excess of 100% growth for each of the first four years and are on course to do the same in this, our fifth year.
We have turned a concept that was once viewed as a 'nice to have' into a business critical data exchange tool incorporating state-of-the-art technology and real-time management information. Our bespoke web applications are used by 60% of the UK's top 250 staffing businesses and a large number of major employers in banking, telecoms, IT services, financial services and new media as well as SME's, sole traders and anything in between. We also provide services to a number of major recruitment advertising agencies, technology vendors and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) businesses.
A staggering 65% of our revenue derives from repeat business and all of the clients who joined us in the first 6 months of trading back in 2002 on our beta version are still with us today. Our renewal rate is not far short of 100% and we have won awards for technical innovation in both 2004 and 2007.
