Peopleclick and Broadbean join forces

Peopleclick, Inc., the leading global talent acquisition solutions provider, now has a strategic partnership with Broadbean. With this partnership, Peopleclick will offer clients access to the extensive job posting service BroadcastTM through the Peopleclick Recruitment Management System (RMS).

Through this partnership, Peopleclick and Broadbean will offer the following:

  • Real time advert distribution to a network of international job boards
  • Simplified job posting capabilities reaching a global audience of candidates from Peopleclick RMSTM and the ability to post to multiple job boards simultaneously
  • Comprehensive reporting to evaluate job board effectiveness for candidate sourcing and hiring
  • The ability to identify new recruitment channels throughout the United Kingdom and Europe

"Through this agreement with Broadbean, Peopleclick is delighted to offer our clients a global approach to talent acquisition that will present a strong set of advert distribution capabilities and candidate source reporting," said Ginny Gomez, Peopleclick's Senior Vice President of Product Management and Marketing. "With partnerships such as these, Peopleclick can provide the services and resources to companies who are exploring methods to become more innovative in the world of recruiting."

Dan McGuire, Managing Director of Broadbean commented, "We've been working closely with Peopleclick for some time and this formal partnership is a natural evolution in our relationship. Our BroadcastTM product was designed specifically to plug into an Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and I'm delighted that Peopleclick is one of the early adopters of the integrated solution."

Richard Essex, Head of ATS Relationships at Broadbean added, "We are huge advocates of e-recruitment solutions and believe both sets of technology provides great value when integrated. In a world where corporate recruiters demand real-time access to hundreds of job boards worldwide, adding an advert distribution module is fast becoming the norm."
